Are there any resources for schools/ districts that identifies which digital resources/ apps are EdLaw 2-d, COPPA and FERPA compliant?

Right now, no one certifies, except contractually that they are compliant.

As everyone moves forward Bhargovs comment about a "silo" project is key to making sure districts see it as a whole district responsibility. Creating the awareness is where you start but leadership needs to grab on and all stakeholders need to take ownership
